"we're going to have real problems and we should communicate them now."DALMAS WAS ARRESTED after a 40-year-old McLean woman encountered Dalmas in her domiciliate on Jan. 24. 2006 and chased him out. The McLean woman flagged down a neighbor who was driving down the street and they followed Dalmas long enough to be able to give guard the authorise coat on his Mazda minivan.
